MEST3 Exam Papers

By following the links below you should be able to view all of the past papers for MEST3. There are no papers which use printed texts for section A, apart from the specimen we did for the mock, but it still gives you an idea of how representation and digital media are used in the section A questions.

The basic structure seems to be:

Q1 - Tests you on AS knowledge - MIGRAIN - often representation but you need to bring in analysis skills to explain how the representation is constructed.
Q2 - Expects you to widen your answer and bring in other knowledge. Often mentions an issue/debate.
Q3 - Asks you to refer to wider examples. Often mentions the impact of digital media
Q4-7 - Case Studies. You have the question topics on your websites.
